Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. We greatly value input from our employees, as it helps us continuously improve our workplace. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of our hybrid/remote work options, our benefits, and time off policies. These are all aspects of our company that we work hard to provide to show our employees we value them. Your feedback about inconsistent management is valuable, and we're committed to addressing these issues. Please feel free to reach out to your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns in more detail. Your input helps us make meaningful improvements. Thank you for being a part of our team, and we look forward to working together to enhance our workplace further.

Not a great place to work

Pros

Good tools and technology.

Cons

They talk a lot about how they value employees and how great their pay, benefits and engagement is - and on the surface, it looks and sounds great. However, the truth is their benefits are super expensive and they try really hard to keep/move employees off their plans, they do not like paying overtime and pay is average at best (no matter what they try to sell about their bonus plan - everyone has a bonus plan - the truth is in what you actually pay and not what you say my 'potential' is). They 'downsize' in small numbers often, expect 60+ hours a week and run very thin as their only focus is keeping margins high. Recent payroll & benefit issues and lack of response from human resources has eroded trust with many employees.
