Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. We greatly value input from our employees, as it helps us continuously improve our workplace. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of our hybrid/remote work options, our benefits, and time off policies. These are all aspects of our company that we work hard to provide to show our employees we value them. Your feedback about inconsistent management is valuable, and we're committed to addressing these issues. Please feel free to reach out to your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns in more detail. Your input helps us make meaningful improvements. Thank you for being a part of our team, and we look forward to working together to enhance our workplace further.

Pros

Great coworkers & employees, they really care about the financial professionals they serve

Cons

New leadership is just bad. turned a great place to work into miserable low-trust, watch your back environment. Execs care about their ipo payouts & act like mafia bosses, kiss the ring or get stuffed in a trunk. Employees are told to engage advisors but execs prefer engage between themselves like middle school mean girls. Cronyism/favoritism drive promotions & growth opportunities. It's so gross, many employees including me are actively looking elsewhere. pay is really poor (unless you were hired from LPL) compared to the rest of the industry, I made more working in an advisor's office. (Not an osaic Advisor btw)

We are sorry your experience with Osaic has not been a positive one. Leadership matters to us and we are consistently developing managers and leadership for creating the best culture for the business. We take your comments serious and would be happy to sit down and discuss specific concerns and how we make your environment better. We notice you are still an employee here, so hopefully we still have a chance to have a discussion. Please reach out to your HR business partner or directly to our Chief Human Resources Officer for further discussion.
