Terrible management, structure and culture. No values for their employees.

Since 2020, onslaught of acquisitions and leadership changes have been is increasingly difficult for team members in Director, VP, SVP roles. A new ceiling has appeared. Majority of new hires are coming from LPL while leaders say "we can hire anyone we want." Leaders are over their skis in two major areas of the company, and all downlines in those areas are impacted negative. It's so unfortunate to see because the company has achieved great things, but it's even worse to experience first hand. Actions speak loudly.
