Pros

Unlimited OT, fair standard benefit, nice company match 401k

Cons

Literally everything else. Zero work/life balance, AG doesn’t care about you- you truly are just a number. If you like 2.5 days of training then getting thrown to the wolves, this place is for you.

Thanks you for your comments. We read them all reflectively and always strive to do better. We do track our turnover and we are slightly better than industry metric and are striving to improve. We also take our Values very serious and are training and accessing our employees and leaders to truly live them. Thanks for the years you put into AG and we appreciate the feedback.

PROGRESSIVELY GETTING WORSE!

Pros

A consistent paycheck, but you work HARD to get it!

Cons

I'm being as politically correct as I can be, but day by day the place becomes less and less tolerable to work for. The upper management is trying to impress FP"s by saying they are going digital and thus roll out various platforms for the field to use which ALWAYS is half developed/thought out with bugs and kinks. Next to ZERO raining to Advisor Facing employees who are tasked to assist but are often as clueless as the FP. "Training" is a relatively new practice for AG, but it's always a few days before a major rollout....resulting in major errors and Advisor and Employee experiences. Of course, the employee is expected to "get it right" or face negative reviews. This is just the tip!

Pros

I cannot communicate any pros on this organization.

Cons

In many instances the leadership would deceive employees and other leaders. The leadership is currently in a Game of Thrones mentality against each other. If you are not in the circle, you are at risk. Change is significantly hard for this company. The will choose a manual process over and efficient digital process because the do not want to make a tenured employee uncomfortable. Finance controls the organization to keep the organization value appropriate, thus shorting employees pay, innovation and providing the employees appropriate tools to do the job.
