No longer a great place to work

Pros

If you are lucky enough to live more than 40 miles from an office, you get to work from home full-time, promoting a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

Employees who live within 40 miles from an office are mandated to Return to Office 3 days a week. No exceptions. RTO decision/announcement was handled very poorly. CEO Jamie Price is crushing morale. Town Halls are nothing more than a dog and pony show. Very little transparency. What used to be a small, friendly company has disintegrated into a cold, callous, “watch your back” environment.

Pros

If you need to work to get a paycheck that can happen here.

Cons

Osaic just announced last week to their employees that anyone living within a 40-mile radius of an office will now be required to return to the office. This is after 4 years of a successful work-from-home environment. Their rationale? We need to have more in-person meetings and collaborate more. Somehow, senior management has ignored the fact that most departments are spread throughout the country, so it’s almost impossible to have in-person meetings, unless you are a two-person department that happen to both live in the same area.

Pros

nice advisors/people to work with

Cons

low pay - though they promise good bonuses / then found a good explanation to cut them so the management makes their money, mediocre benefits, mishandled technology and almost non existent tech support ... claims of good growth and revenues - probably just putting lipstick on the pig for a future IPO
