Thank you for the positive feedback on our PTO and education assistance. As for the “cons,” we encourage open and frequent dialogue between employees and their manager to help re-set work priorities and properly staff the team to avoid overload in peak periods. Our leaders are here to help prioritize. Our parental leave policies, health insurance plans and merit-based raises are highly competitive compared to other firms, and every employee at all levels is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and personal performance. These benefits and our challenging fast-paced work content in a growing enterprise provide a unique and differentiating career experience has kept our turnover % lower than external benchmarks.

Pros

They have a large pool of employees and advisors to network with.

Cons

Private equity is not exactly known for it's focus on "employees over profit" and this is very apparent at AG. They are a very large BD that feels like a very large BD.

Pros

Used to be a place to grow and learn

Cons

No longer interested in cultivating, it's all about M&A to stay afloat.
