We were acquired by Osaic and day by day it becomes so apparent how much they don’t care about us. People are leaving and we aren’t allowed to fill their position. The pay is awful and they will say it’s not in the budget but will tell everyone how much money we made that year. Management is miserable making everyone else miserable. You will be given 5 peoples work and won’t receive your full bonus because you can’t keep up with unrealistic goals.

The lack of transparency and communication is unbelievable. Unimaginable idiocy is witnessed everyday in management. Incomprehensible decision making and blatent disregard for certain broker dealers they own is laughable. I hated every second that I worked here and should have quit when they bought the company I worked for since they are a corporate toiletry service.
