Pros
With my limited time here, it's been great. The leadership team provides an environment where your career can strive while also knowing the believe family comes first. The company is growing rapidly, but they are very cognizant on making sure they grow appropriately. They have many big plans and looking forward to being a part of it!
Cons
It's still a young company with things changing all the time, so you need to think on your feet a lot. That being said, you won't feel overworked. And if you do feel overworked, they encourage taking mental health days with their unlimited pto.
