Pros

Low barriers to entry, pretty much anybody can work there, free bad coffee in the break room, you can dress however you want, listen to music on headphones all day

Cons

Faulty equipment, dumpy office, useless supervisors, low pay, tedious work, stressful environment

Cons

They do not cover a per diem Reimbursement for expenses can take up to three weeks Adverse weather conditions. Crew member pay is low

Pros

The pay was great and you get work outside. Flexible hours during the week and able see places you may never got to see.

Cons

For me was getting my QC's from the supervisor on time. Tell you that you do in great but they then tell you messing things up and dont show you what it is. Promotion is also a issue. They promote people with less experience than you even if they really mess things up and they get to retain their job then get promoted above you. I know a manager that almost caused the company to lose a several million dollar job, but he is still in his current position and working.
