Cons

Such a toxic work environment. Company leaders say one thing but their actions show another. I don’t appreciate being asked as an employee to fill out a glass door review and lie that it’s a great place to work and asked to give a 5 star review to bring up their rating. Currently looking for another job to get out of this toxic work environment. If you want to work here, there should be an opening for my job soon!

Pros

Very nice people to work with day to day. Excellent working environment. Competitive pay and benefits. Laid back and fun but also serious about job excellence. Excellent support staff and staff level workers. Competent, professional department managers. Cutting edge technology. Had a great, supportive IT staff until recently new CTO blew it up.

Cons

Upper management is inhumane and out of touch. Bonus plans or profit sharing plans are non-existent except for upper level staff. Money is wasted hand over fist. Over emphasis on acquiring small companies rather than growing organically causing cultural divisions and problems.
