Poor Executive Leadership

Nice office space and people

Cons

Bad leadership that starts at the top with the incompetent CEO Jim Hamann, bad business decisions, favoritism, pay isn't consistent with jobs, men are paid more then women for doing the same job, and their's no diversity, only white old men running the company from the top on down to mid level managers.

Pros

Many of the people are nice, and Otak does great projects.

Cons

Executives are unprofessional and abusive. It's an old boy network, and female employees are stuck without a career track. Otak leadership is toxic and the company survives because it has some good people.
