Pros

It was a good operation when it was headquartered in the Twin Cities. Really awesome people tended to stay with the company for many, many years.

Cons

Can't believe the German HQ decided to move the North American HQ from Minneapolis to Austin, Texas, after 55 (yes, 55) years. What a huge reservoir of experience and knowledge was left behind.

Pros

Small, tight-knit company that helps you grow as a professional.

Cons

Quick, knee-jerk, reactionary decision making that sometimes doesn't make sense.

Pros

out in the field, rather than behind a desk. You don't have a manager looking over your shoulder constantly.

Cons

No room for advancement. Working the PSR position you hit the ceiling soon as your hired. A big disconnect between upper management and field employees. The rehab equipment is less than reliable, then it takes weeks to get it replaced with a unit that will fail.
