Lack of advancement, Expensive healthcare plan, No separate sick and vacation days, No paid leave for new fathers only mothers, Little feedback from management on job performance, Lots of gossip among employees, Located in an ever increasing high cost of living area, Pay increases don't match regional inflation rates, High turn around of employees for a business that is not retail or a call center

The everyday employees were ok

Cons

The management was verbally abusive (I got called various foul names on various occasions), HR did nothing to support the employee because they were to busy being friends with management. Absolute crap pay for the amount of work I was asked to do. If you're willing to kiss up you might make lead but your work ethic and experience have absolutely nothing to do with promotion or pay. I was hired for one position but was moved to completely unrelated departments (without discussing it with me) 3 times.
