Pros

Change in executive leadership has empowered and enabled teams to deliver on organizational goals. Mission statement is felt throughout the organization, and we come into work to deliver on what needs to be done for customers and end users. I am hitting the 5 year mark, and work has been fun every single day.

Cons

Not a lot of cons. It's a FAST growing company and industry, so there's not a ton of structure in place.

Amazing coworkers with a passion to help. You get to wear many hats. Nice that there are 50+ locations across the globe.

Cons

Internal tools and procedures feel more like 2008 instead of 2018.
