Pros
I am disheartened to see so many poor reviews. I work in Canada, and the environment here seems to be drastically different than my American counterparts.
The atmosphere is almost always positive, and there is a great feeling of unity among everyone from office staff to warehouse workers. It really has a 'team' feel. In many workplaces there is a very distinct line drawn between the white collar and blue collar, so to speak, but not here. On any given day you could find the president enjoying lunchtime conversation with a warehouse associate, a lab tech, a co-op student or any combination.
The work this company does is so very important to its clients and the employees consistently exceed the basic duties of their jobs in order to assist in making our clients lives the best they can be.
Pay and benefits are good.
Cons
There does seem to be a lack of budget for equipment in some departments, and some seem to be understaffed at times.
