      Pros

      - Good work life/balance, no deadlines or pressure. - I felt valued while working there, the management was good and happy to hear any possible employee's concerns. - Have worked on some interesting projects there and since the team is small, I was involved in every stage of it

      Cons

      Software is not the revenue generating product which means that often keeping the budget tight is more important over quality of the software. This, although understandable, can be frustrating from a software developer's viewpoint.

      Pros

      To help amputees get their life back is gratifying.

      Cons

      Management communication problems, low pay with the expectation of high work load for ALL employees, low wage increases and below average wages to start with, top heavy, poor training, lack of employee value, hard work is not recognized.
