In the right department, it'll allow you for growth with in the company. Management was always helpful in my department.

Cons

The end of the year rush can get a little crazy. Left many years of experience in MN to start fresh in UT.

The best things about Otto bock are the people who you might meet depending on if your face fits and the money isn't bad.

Cons

There's alot of people that don't know what there talking about, also it's a very stressful work place could be so much more better.

Pros

Leadership is horrible, supervisors are only concerned for the numbers, not the quality. No concern for their employees either.

Cons

The pay is horrible unless you are a manager. The "work incentive" is a punishment and the environment is worse than a soap opera.
