Management doesn't always have the time to find the right information from the people who know what they are doing so they guess and have caused problems with getting things done in a timely manner.

-Coming to work knowing that you will make a huge impact in a patient's everyday mobility. -Great benefits!

Cons

Poor leadership and management in the Service center. Supervisor had no people skills and zero interaction. Reviews weren't being done and big issues were simply ignored. Out of sight, out of mind.

Training programs and benefits. Time off as needed. Apply yourself and there are opportunities. There was good collaboration amongst the employees.

Cons

Company moved operations out of state for other locations, leaving a lot of experienced employees behind. Not a lot of confidence in that decision making process.
