It is a huge German company and it is global.

Cons

They are not managing small countries well. In Turkey office, the job experience is nothing close to being global. Very low salaries.

Decent pay for an entry level job. Some wonderful people work here. Helping people stay mobile is rewarding.

Cons

The upper management is unapproachable and I am aware of situations where employees have been mistreated without any reason.

Good products, very engineering led, one decision maker, very traditional approach, dominates the market in Prosthetics, very innovative approach and good margins in premium segment.

Cons

Politics can be frustrating, slow moving, slow to market, decisions are not business based but more emotional.
