      Pros

      Management has an aggressive growth goal and clearly has the plan and processes in place to get there. Great technology and a strong product roadmap. The people team is top notch and truly showed empathy in how they handled remote working, checking in on employees, etc. during the pandemic.

      Cons

      The large time difference if your management is in Lisbon was a challenge at times, but this was minor.

      Pros

      Haven't had a job I enjoyed this much in a very long time. OutSystems has a tremendous product, effective leadership, and smart people all around driven to make a difference.

      Cons

      Not enough time to do all the things I want to do.
