Pros

Everyone working in the Atlanta office are great to work with. From Professional Service, SE, HR, Marketing - all will bend over backwards to help you succeed. The technology is the best you can find, and the company worldwide is doing great. All in All - I really liked OutSystems and the technology. They sell by the project. Small Deals

Cons

Portugal and Sr. Management has no concepts in selling or building enterprise/industry solutions, rather work on a transaction base environment. Personal relationship building is not important, just get what you can as fast as you can, and move on to the next quarter. The American division sales team let 9 of 11 sales reps go by the end of 2016. Their new directors and sr. Management, and VPs will run their operations out of Atlanta and Boston. This company is top heavy in the americas. A lot of chiefs and not enough indians.

Toxic and disengaged leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits, few nice people, work from home

Cons

The culture is very toxic and deeply disrespectful. Leadership in sales and solutions architecture shows no real interest in hiring or retaining talented people. Their main priority seems to be protecting their own high salaries while contributing little of value. There is no investment in developing employees or fostering a healthy workplace — just politics and favoritism.

Cautionary tale

Pros

New equipment given for use

Cons

This company very clearly does NOT care about the folks that work for them, speaking specifically to the Americas team. Leadership is very disconnected and not truthful, insurance is VERY expensive for a family, very disorganized in regard to enablement, not open to new ideas or collabs across departments, very very corporate feel.
