Pros

OutSystems culture is great, there is a lot of team work and the ask why is a rule we keep close to us. There are still a lot of great minds that helped to build the company from the ground up, and that is like playing with Ronaldo or Messi. It is just awesome to learn from them.

Cons

Product strategy is now all over the place, with different departments calling the shots and no pre-align strategy. Hitting milestones is only important if they are valuable.

- Strong mission - Extensive support for people and growth - Leadership is open to ideas and debate - It's a fast-growing company, which opens a lot of opportunities - A leader in the industry - Software that delivers great value to customers that will easily make you proud of what you do every day

Cons

- Fast-paced environment where change is quite frequent. This can be a con if you are looking for something very stable - Some growth pains - processes that need to be optimized/automated, middle management under pressure as the teams grow quickly below. I'd say these are inevitable and the positive side is that there is a culture of continuously identifying and addressing any friction points.
