The planning and decision-making are chaotic, with constant changes due to lack of communication. The compensation is a bit sub-par compared to what the market is currently offering.

I really like the team I work in. Good people. Accountability across the broader team. Skilled colleagues, company invests in furthering team members’ development and education through ongoing learning.

Cons

Absolutely poor HR department. Completely rigid and unyielding. I don’t fee they view you as a person at all, just a number. They don’t care what you’re going through or dealing with, even in a time of covid. They have their regulations and are completely unwilling to bend from it. It’s literally the case. They also don’t look at ways that they can actively help you, they will take the long way around if it means they don’t have to think outside the box.
