      Pros

      Growth and career opportunities that far exceed most companies, excellent work environment, good salaries, people orientation, good work/life balance, exciting challenges: you will never be bored in this Company! The Company has an amazing culture, that is not just written in paper, but that you breathe in the day to day. It is a rock solid company, with huge growth and sound finance situation, working in multiple countries.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but some people have issues with the fast pace, there is no room for resistance to change. People that don't like this will not make it here.

      Pros

      The focus on people is fantastic and really gives us the needed stability for doing our job to the best of our abilities. Another important aspect for me, as part of the Product Management team of OutSystems, is the way that everyone is willing to help each other so that everyone can fulfill their job. A true team!

      Cons

      I wouldn't call this necessarily a con, but the Product copes with so many use cases, and it's evolving so fast that, as an employee, you need com to be really agile to keep with the pace of the product evolution.
