      Pros

      That this is a really awesome company with lot's of care for its employees we all knew, what surprises is the HUGE amount of work, thought and love put in motion to support everyone in this though times! Only one company that treats its own employees first and with genuine care can put in motion webinars, challenges -gifts and swag - wellbeing talks and certainly a ton of other initiatives I'm missing now. I'm really proud to be part of what we are doing @ OutSystems

      Pros

      A lot of flexibility. Good intra-team cooperation and spirit. Very close relation with direct manager which makes us feel comfortable to express our mind freely. Great product and great growing potential.

      Cons

      Inter-teams communication is harder and worse. Engineering is growing; more and more teams are being born, which is creating tension between them regarding product alignment, vision and priorities.
