      For the moment, I can share an extreme warm on-boarding process with HR recruiters dedicated to put me in the loop for the company culture. You see team members proud of working in Outsystems and discovered themselves passionate about the digital world, products and solutions development.

      Its a young, innovative, result driven company that listens to its employees and quickly change and adapt to business but also employees needs. Driven by great values, it is a great place to work and the work it's rewarding because you always feel that your daily work is contributing to the companies goals.

      The growth was sudden and maybe not managed in the best way.
