The work-life balance is one of the biggest pros as OutSystems give you the space you need, but it still depends a lot on you. You have the time you need for your personal issues as the person is always in front of the job, as no work is done with someone who's not ok with herself.
Cons
As every company growing in a boom like OutSystems is now, you tend to lose visibility of how things are, who is who, how your work influences the company... but the work to make it more visible is being done with tools like OKR's and constant updates.
