Pros

From a pure ecosystem perspective, it's exciting to be able to offer partners the opportunity to build out an OutSystems practice, increasing revenue streams. It's also incredibly rewarding to hear how partners are using our technology to save their customers money, improve customer experiences, and in a fraction of the time normally spent. It's a great time to be a part of low-code development and to be working with colleagues around the globe who are all invested in the success of our brand.

Cons

Rome wasn't built in a day; building a brand takes time, and consistency.

Pros

I've been at OutSystems for almost one year and after many years of working experience, I can ensure you: It's actually possible to love your job. Amazing people, product, and challenges. It seems everything is possible and the sky is the limit. Everyone is proud of what we are building and there's always that dream in the air that someday we will change the way the world does technology.

Cons

If on the one hand, the fact that everyone has a voice is a great company's pro, on the other hand, it sometimes makes little decisions to take too long.

Pros

OutSystems treat employees like adults. Sharing information with employees, listening to our ideas and assume we are responsible enough to manage our own time. Understanding that people have lives outside of work, and that these lives might sometimes impact our time and attention. Allowing for some work-life give and take means not only that they don’t waste time and money on unnecessary turnover, but that they build a loyal and committed team . They know it’s give and take, not give or take.

Cons

Certain short term focusses have the potential to impact the longer term vision.
