Pros

Great product, bringing innovation and speed to IT! Leadership is knowledgeable and committed to the long term success of the company and in constantly improving a product which is already a leader in it's space. Lots of investment and new opportunities everywhere with a large variety of customers, in several verticals, which keep everyone highly motivated and exposed to something new in every engagement.

Cons

Some growing pains as new people join, teams get bigger and more distributed and the bar is set higher and higher, with all the competition trying to do the same.

OutSystems saw his biggest growth during the past year due to a lot of factors. The brilliant product they sell, the futuristic outlook on technology and its daily uses and, most importantly, the people. Every single person working at OutSystems is special and deserves a special mention. They're all incredibly talented professionals with a super good heart.

Cons

The market is constantly changing and sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the demand.

Since I joined OutSystems, I've never been so fulfilled in terms of work / life balance. We are given the responsibility of delivering at the best of our ability in the alloted timeframe, without the pressures of delivering from 9 to 5 everyday, all day. And by doing that, we are the sole responsible for the work we deliver.

Cons

We are growing, a lot and very fast. This adds some uncertainty along the way, but we do know the destination, it's the path that we don't always know.
