      Sold the soul to the US investor

      Pros

      The initial Portuguese mindset was really inspiring throughout the company. In the beginning the CEO was really authentic and a true leader, but now doing an act of smiling. The product is top notch and created by brilliant minds! It was a great place to work with a great atmosphere, but now we are only shouting it out loud.

      Cons

      The change after the US investor is significant, ripping the great culture apart. New leadership is onboarding buddies that do not fit the company culture. The disease is spreading underneath the surface, and I hope they detect is soon enough to stop this.

      Pros

      OutSystems is a great company to work at. The culture is great, the product is top-notch but what I really feel makes OutSystems stand out is the people. I'd say that OutSystems has one of the best groups of people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      As expected, most of the work within OutSystems is based on... OutSystems, which at times can be a limiting factor when considering large architectures.

      Pros

      Great Company culture that most people try to leave by. Great product made by dedicated and smart people. Growing and expanding to become more and more a global company. While growing they are trying to offer people the best possible environment.

      Cons

      Although the People Ops department tries their best to improve the overall working conditions and perks, there seems to be a clear message from the CEO that people are the least of his concerns.
