      You are surrounded by great minds that build an awesome product. The management actually hears you and implement your ideas. The company is full of great people which allows you to have fun at work.

      Pros

      This is a very open company,l where it is expected that you interact with everyone, all the way up to the CEO. There's hierarchy, but apparent barriers to reach out to upper management without having to think about it twice. Transparency is also a big plus around here. We know why things need to be done, and our voice is heard and, if not taken into account, the reasons are properly communicated. Managers spend more time making this a better place to work and moving this company forward, keeping us involved in the loop

      Cons

      Being a company that is growing at a very fast rate, if you do not like to deal with change, this is not the place with you. While I don't see this as a con, I understand it may one for others. At the specific Linda-a-Velha site, traffic can be a bit chaotic during rush hour, but that's the same for every Lisbon-based company

      Pros

      Fast paced, fast growth, great product. Lots of opportunities to grow in all areas of the company. Large and established company yet still with the startup vibe and culture.

      Cons

      Not for you if working, getting things done and moving forward is not your thing. You must like change also and experimentation.
