      Pros

      An amazing culture and work environment, with great career opportunities. The product is extremely mature and customers love it and consistently rate it very highly in several review platforms/sites. The company is in a very hot market, that is still growing, and the company is in a hyper growth phase, and is rated as a leader by top analyst firms. The future is extremely bright. The feeling you get working here is that feeling of working at a startup - but with a mature product, thousands of customers and in an extremely dynamic market.

      Cons

      Fast paced given the market dynamics. The technology is always evolving to keep the competitive edge, meaning you need to continuously to create/update assets - it's impossible to stop and relax for a while.

      . great leaders . efficient management . agile way of working . everyone is really competent . company culture principles make total sense . top-down communication is clear and frequent Overall it's a very rich work environment, the conditions are good and there are many different and interesting challenges.

      Cons

      . Investment in some areas could be better (innovation, research, design, ..) . Office location, far from Lisbon city center . Limited choice of restaurants for lunch

      Pros

      Positive vibe where helpfulness is present everywhere you go. Everyone works towards the same directions and you feel inspired in every interaction you have. A lot of brain power that constantly challenges you and take you out of your comfort zone.

      Cons

      In a fast pace environment you often see small changes on priorities that might impact the work you have been doing. This is normal though in a company at this exponential growth stage.
