Pros

I had a great team, but unsupporting managers.

Cons

Low Salary, little to no benefits, constant pressure, and multiple management changes. There is a clear distinction between the way Engineers and the supporting roles. Our work was not recognized, as manager never shared credit.

Growth and career opportunities that far exceed most companies, excellent work environment, good salaries, people orientation, good work/life balance, exciting challenges: you will never be bored in this Company! The Company has an amazing culture, that is not just written in paper, but that you breathe in the day to day. It is a rock solid company, with huge growth and sound finance situation, working in multiple countries.

Cons

Not really a con, but some people have issues with the fast pace, there is no room for resistance to change. People that don't like this will not make it here.
