Career-minded. Leadership shows their caring about their staff’s work-life balance, growth opportunities, and they are in-tune with the business vision and direction. Healthcare and pay is excellent, benefits are well above average. Transparency and openness is welcome all without the crushing corporate culture of pass the buck. WFH is a way of life, as they seek the best candidates, not just those locally. They’ve invested in the right tools and resources, have a strong sense of direction, and a great place to be.
