      Good career oportunities and availability of further training, very flexible in terms of work/life balance

      Cons

      Internal Progression pay has to be fought for, the opportunities are given, the market value has to be really well discussed. Its not uncommon to have colleagues join the same role as you with a higher base pay, while if you came from the lower ranks you get meaningless pay upgrades, unless you complain
