Pros

Not forcing office/hybrid work, We're good working remote, that's enough and I feel no pressure from our leaders. The community feeling when we need to address any critical issue: it's all-hands, focus on solving the issue, hardly seen pointing fingers/blamewar.

Cons

Agility is a joke, the company never really embraced Agility, it's kinda working on its own way, which is far from good. People way up above in the chain seem unaware of this and simply feel its consequences, probably because they have decision "made on data", where data can be fairly compromised. "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools", I've read it somewhere.
