      Even though this is an established company it does feel like there is constant change internally (kind of like a startup) which can be a good and bad thing.

      Company culture was great but it is quickly shifting to a non healthy one based on fear and having critical opinion or requesting context to better fulfill the tasks you have at hands will lead you to be discarded
