Pros

In a crowded space, the product differentiates itself. The Training opportunities have been impressive; I've basically learned the App Dev space at OutSystems. There are some growing pains as we launch a super disruptive, yet unprecedented release in our next-gen platform.

Cons

As always, keep looking for improved ways to promote the innovation our platform brings, and how we're differentiated from the flash-in-a-pan "low-code" tools out there.

Can't do anything before spending months on processes to make sure that what you're doing fits the company. Boring people, very little ownership, very little will to do good things.

Decent culture, some people really care about you as a person. Pay was good, benefits were not so great.

Cons

Blame games, pushing and shoving to climb the ladder, no one can make decisions, collaboration between teams is hard to come by. If you are in the right crowd you are heard, if you are not, no one listens until the in crowder says the same thing.
