The product doesn’t seem to be all the way there. They are doing what they can to improve it, but there are many technical issues. Training is great in the beginning, then goes through a lull. They are in the process of improving that. Seems like they are trying to take more and more vacation from employees every year. Performance metrics are always fluctuating/changing.

very inexperienced management with a leadership vacuum that leaves most of the structures in place and changes being made unsuccessful and confusing. Micro-management has become rampant as the culture tries to maintain its one prominent allure. Room for advancement, training or growth is negligible. This is a company and job for a college grad to learn some skills and then GTFO.
