Very fun atmosphere! A lot of great people there! Free food!

Training is long and almost pointless.. You don't really learn anything. And you don't really need to know anything. You read from a script. You basically go in and make about 150-200 cold calls a day. Everyone starts out fired up. But you burn out quickly. They play super loud music in the office so it's hard to hear your potential client sometimes. I swear if I had an office or could have worked from home I would have got triple the sales I got there. They only give the hot leads to the guys that have been there for years(somehow). So you basically have to build your pipeline which can take a couple of months. The worst thing though is that they play favorites. I saw one guy get fired who had just started and he had 2 sales. Yet several people who, in my 4 months of being there, maybe got one sale were kept there and praised. The first couple of weeks I was there we had to be there at 6 and couldn't leave till around 5-6... Way to long for training...
