Pros

Great place to work during the pandemic. Good decision-making that priorities the health and needs of its workers.

Cons

Siloed departments can interfere with maximizing opportunities

Pros

My team was on point.

Cons

Not only did I feel unsupported but it felt like we had to fight to be heard even on safety and nothing could ever interfere with production. Work space was too cold and too loud. Never able to work on the fun projects as promised. Under paid. Work life balance sucked.

Pros

Generally well intentioned people, good support structure

Cons

Lots of hierarchy. Employees who were generally people of color and in lower paid positions in the warehouse weren't invited to "all-company" meetings and were previously not included on the photo board of "all employees". Lots of women's product descriptions focused on fashion while the equivalent men's product focused on technical features and adventure.
