Pros

The employee discount is really nice.

Cons

I used to think this brand was local, but they haven't been local since the 90's. Management and floor supervisor definitely uses favoritism with some employees and shuns the others. Supervisors have a lack of actual management experience. I've seen them PIP and fire employees for asinine reasons. They have made the work environment awkward and unpleasant

Pros

Everyone was delightful to work with. From management to HR to Staff, everyone had a great attitude. It was a good environment to work at. Never felt hostility or had a bad run in.

Cons

Advancement opportunities didn't exist. Constantly spoke of salary raises that were supposed to be coming but never happened.

Pros

You are given a lot of responsibility and can often work on additional projects that interest you.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming. Things change constantly and not just in a fast paced environment kind of way. In a let's try a whole new process every season so you never feel like you totally know how to do your job kind of way.
