Textbook Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Some really nice co workers and LGBTQIA-friendly (although some of their ambassadors are not).

Cons

I experienced constant narcissistic behavior from one of the founders. No value placed on talent. A TON of ego in the ELT. No empathy for the team. Constant change on a whim of leaders. Chaotic and confusing on purpose, textbook toxic work environment. No adherence to calendar and an inability to even acknowledge it in certain departments, at a high level. Micro-management at a very high level. No diversity. No staff retention, constant turnover.

Pros

-There are some great people that work here and is the single greatest attribute of the job. -Decent clothing discount.

Cons

-Limited understanding of regenerative, sustainable or circular design by leadership. -The company boasts sustainability and “people first” claims- but very few people with in the org. have an understanding of circular or true sustainable design. -Pay is lower than industry norm, (some) teams are very understaffed and it is expected to work overtime- bonus and annual review do not reflect any financial merit for over time. -Attitudes from leadership are not inclusive, diverse or anti racist in the look of the brand online and in catalogs. -Promotions from within are non existent. Most people burnout and look for work elsewhere.

Pros

None, product is going down with no quality control.

Cons

Corporate office has no clue how to run a business in today's world. The Talent is being wasted on behalf of the recruiting.
