Pros

Great sustainable basic clothing options, tons of snacks and meals, great people and nice offices.

Cons

Management is all over the place. The yearly calendar changes often and is a work in progress. Offices are set up for remote work but no longer a remote job. No storage or real desks. No assigned workspace. Tons of micromanaging and reworking product ideas. Poor leadership and lack of motivation to address employee concerns or problems.

Pros

Gave some free clothes once a quater

Cons

C-Suite is the worst. No growth opportunity. Environmentally friendly, but most people at the company don't care about the environment. Hate surfers which is ironic since Salter is the face of the brand.

Prepare for Long Hours and Potential Burnout

Pros

Remote role, gained additional skills.

Cons

Stressful work environment. You're expected to do the work of several people/departments. When you ask upper management to hire additional help, your requests go ignored and nothing changes. Be prepared for burnout and long hours working here. Apparel sizing is inconsistent. It runs either very large or very small.
