Pros
Decent pay. The usual start-up amenities and vibe. Positive work culture. If you're "in", it's a good gig.
Cons
Very cliquish, weighted in favor of in-office staff; if you're remote, you're at high risk of being cut in the next lay-offs (and there's always another round of lay-offs). Sales-focused to the detriment of all other teams and workload. Lack of vision - if it's not pinned to profit, forget about it.
