Pros

-Teammates are extremely capable and driven to make an impact. -Pace of product innovation is faster than ever, and you will not get bored. -Environment is not political in my experience. It's a "rising tide lifts all boats" mentality, both in my department and cross functionally. -Company strategy has real momentum in the market.

Cons

-Fast pace is challenging to keep up with as not all departments are working with the same level of resources. -Compensation is fair to middling for the space.
