This company is hands down the best I have ever worked for. Hired based on the person you are, how you treat others, and your overall work ethic. If you are willing to put in the work, Overwatch will train and get you where you want to be, based on your personal goals. They are training leaders and navigating the rapidly changing data center world. I love feeling supported no matter which role I am in.
