Pros

Overwatch is the kind of workplace where you’re consistently pushed to level up. The combination of a fast-moving industry and a driven, collaborative team creates an atmosphere that keeps you on your toes- in the best way. I’ve developed skills here I never anticipated, thanks to the encouragement to take on challenges outside my comfort zone. The culture is a standout: supportive, ambitious, and focused on helping each other succeed. Even during intense periods, there’s a genuine sense of having a team in your corner. That mix of challenge and support is rare, and it makes this an exciting place to build a career.

Cons

The rapid pace isn’t for everyone. You have to come in ready to adapt quickly and embrace challenges as opportunities. If you thrive in a high-performance setting, it’s incredibly rewarding—if you prefer a slower, more predictable rhythm, this might not be the right fit.

Pros

Overwatch Mission Critical is one of those rare companies where the culture feels authentic. It genuinely feels like family here, without anyone having to try too hard to make it that way. Leadership treats employees with respect, listens, and creates an environment where people want to show up and do their best. The company goes out of its way to support veterans. That commitment is visible in who they hire, how they lead, and the opportunities available to those who have served. If you're a vet, you'll feel valued here. They also reward productivity. If you bring energy, drive results, and take ownership of your work, they see it. They recognize people who push projects forward and contribute beyond the minimum.

Cons

Contract based for many so while the opportunities are great it can be challenging to forecast the future beyond a year or more. No knock against Overwatch, this is the nature of the industry.
