Pros

Overwatch supports its employees in their careers and their advancement. Great leadership that provides autonomy without leaving you to fend for yourself. Plenty of opportunity to pave your own path while having the support of industry veterans from all parts of the data center business.

Cons

Being spread across the data center industry means you may not have many coworkers in your immediate area. While it can be liberating to work remotely, it can also feel isolating if you are not used to it.

Pros

I’m still relatively new to Overwatch, but in my short time here, I’ve been impressed by the company’s culture and the way teams collaborate. There’s a clear emphasis on communication, transparency, and personal accountability. My onboarding experience was smooth, and I’ve felt welcomed and supported as I’ve gotten up to speed. The people I’ve worked with so far have been approachable, engaged, and invested in doing quality work, which creates a solid foundation for learning and growth.

Cons

As with any fast-paced environment, it takes time to get your bearings. I’m still getting a full sense of how different teams operate and how priorities shift over time. That said, this seems like part of the learning curve rather than a drawback specific to the company.
