Pros

I can't say enough amazing things about my time at Owl Labs. The people are just fantastic. They have an incredible culture and they truly care about their people. They are inclusive and even though they are remote first, you still feel like a part of a very close team. They have an amazing product with the Meeting Owl Pro! They have incredibly smart people on their tech teams. Super sharp! I was a part of lay offs they had this year. It was during a time when many other tech companies experienced lay offs too. However, I have no hard feelings and I miss them all very much!

Cons

No cons. I wish they didn't have to go through lay offs but I understand.

Leaning into remote work

Pros

The company practices what it preaches as a hybrid remote work solution. I am fully remote, and I find it a productive working environment where I can stay engaged with my co-workers.

Cons

As the Company as grown from a start-up to 150 employees the culture while still wonderful, has evolved and it's hard to keep it a tight family.

Pros

This is a really special place to work. I continuously feel inspired by my associates and feel excited about the work we are doing. The leadership team is thoughtful and knows how to create a sense of family. I couldn't be happier here.

Cons

Your role will continuously be changing but this is honestly part of the fun.
